Help me celebrate Christmas alot better in the refugee camp this year. Hello my name is Larry I am a transmasculine individual who is seeking asylum in Zambia from Kenya. I have been in the refugee camp for 3 years now and all the 3 Christmas have been the same, sad. I was just wishing that this year my Christmas to be different. I want it to be happy and filled with hope. On my Christmas wish list I am just wishing for these stuff. A binder which will enable me to move freely and be comfortable in my self. A Samsung s24 ultra..I want to document my journey as a trans refugee here in the camp and one I will hopefully make a film, documentary or write a book about it. Having to run away from my home country because of who Identify as is something I really hope turn into something better even though I am an asylum seeker here. I also wish to have some clothes because the ones I have are torn and old and lastly some food for Christmas so that I can have something different to eat on Christmas than just porridge beans and water. This would be like a Christmas in heaven for me. My dream is to be able to make it out of the camp someday and be able to love authentically without fear that I might be killed or imprisoned. I would love to be able to be a voice for other trans and LGBTQIA community because I am in this and I know and feel everypain the go through, because it's also my pain. I really hope someday that I get out of the camp and be in a place where I am fully accept me for who I am.
